Established and growing Property Management firm in Oakland is seeking an experienced Property Accountant (Yardi) to join their team. This is 100% onsite and a temp to possible hire position. $40.00 - $45.00/hr

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Accounting or similar with 5+ years of Property Accounting (residential preferred)
• Should have hands on AR/AP, bank recs, journal entries, G/L, reconciliations, monthly close
• Intermediate Excel needed with recent experience in Yardi highly desired!
• This is 100% onsite in Oakland, near BART, and a temp to possible hire role
• $40.00 - $45.00/hr DOE
